Nick Pontiff

Since joining our office, Alayna has been a reliable source of knowledge, attentiveness, and pride in the work she provides for her customers. She approaches every situation as if it was her sitting in the other seat and ensures people leave the office well-informed, confident, and reassured that their policy is in good hands. She is a big fan of all things New Orleans, from the local cuisine to the sports teams. She also enjoys spending time with her dog, Pippa

Haley joins the Nick Pontiff Insurance Agency as an Assistant Account Manager and will also be working directly with our Marketing team as well. Haley is excited to bring her expertise from the classroom and her work experience to our office, helping our team in several different fields. Recently she was welcomed as the newest member of the Mardi Gras Krewe of Muses and is very excited to be represented in her community. Since her time in school, she has been passionate about volunteering and is looking forward to be involved in a career that centers around helping others!

Being in the Insurance industry for over 25 years, Jerrie brings the knowledge, experience, and drive to ensure her customers receive the attentiveness that every situation may require. No matter the coverage, she is there to ensure you are well-informed and understand the process every step of the way. Originally from Wilmington, North Carolina, we are very lucky to have Jerrie as a member of the office and our community. Outside of work, she enjoys music and traveling with her family.

Joining the office as an Executive Assistant, Julie provides direct support on a variety of projects that help keep the agency moving in the right direction. Whether it is working with Nick directly, following up with customers’ policies, or providing the details and research that go into ensuring our customers receive the greatest service possible. She is an avid sports fan, who enjoys all things outdoors and spending time with her family.

We are very excited to welcome Kasey to our team, specifically working alongside our account management. As a mother herself, she focuses on dealing directly with families to help set themselves up for their future and is there to provide support when needed. Outside the office, she is an involved parent at her son’s school and always enjoys finding a good book to read. We are very excited about the addition of Kasey to our office and the skill set she brings to serving our community.

For over 3 years, Matt has brought dedication, patience, and thoroughness to our office that not only escalates his service with customers, but the influence he has on his colleagues as well. He is passionate about building up his community, both through his work and free time outside the office. He coaches youth sports and spends time volunteering his time to help the causes he has been involved in for years. He is an enthusiastic sports fan cheering for local teams, a history buff, and enjoys traveling with his wife and 2 kids.

While she is educated on several categories throughout her 7 years’ experience in the Insurance industry, Sarah’s true passion comes in making sure policyholders and their families are well established for any scenario that comes their way. She plays a key role in contributing to our positive team atmosphere in the office and looks forward to working with new people every day. In her free time, she loves to spend time together with her family, friends and two dogs. Her favorite holiday is Halloween, but there is nothing scary about working with Sarah.

Joining the team in 2022 as an Account Manager, Victoria has established herself as an immediate asset to our agency, working hard to make sure every customer’s needs are met. She has a true passion for furthering her education and continuing to develop the skills that provide customers with the solution to meet all of their needs. At home, she enjoys spending her days with her 4 dogs, being around family, and trying new restaurants in New Orleans.
